David Dukes

David Dukes, 64, of Holly Springs, died February 24, 2025, at his home. He was a member of Rising Star MB Church, a U.S. Marine Reserve veteran, and a dietitian at Alliance HealthCare.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on March 7 from 2-6 p.m. and on March 8 at New Dimension Salt and Light Ministries from 2-2:55 p.m. with services at 3 p.m. Pastor Actavatis Allen will officiate. Burial will be in Cottrell Memorial Garden.

He leaves his wife, Veronica Collins Dukes; daughters, Danetra Glover of Holly Springs, Dwalla Dukes of Marietta, Ga.; sons, Marciniez Moore of Olive Branch, Arvelle Dukes of Montgomery, Ill., Christopher Dukes of Holly Springs; sisters, Patricia White, Sharon Allen, both of Holly Springs, Eva Dukes of Southfield, Mich.; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Spuregeon and Lula Gulledge Dukes; and sister, Lela Ann Wilkins.
