Russell Hubbard Sr.

Russell Hubbard Sr., 73, of Lake Center, died February 20, 2025, at his home. He was a member of St. Mark MB Church where he served as a church usher. He worked at Wurlitzer.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on March 7 from 3:30-6 p.m. and on March 8 at Hernando Road Church of Christ from 9-9:55 a.m. with services at 10 a.m. Minister Ralphelle Hubbard will officiate. Burial will be in Charity Hill Cemetery in Lake Center.

He leaves his daughters, Challa Hubbad, Telisha Hubbard (Courtney Hampton), both of Olive Branch; sons, Russell Hubbard Jr. of Holly Springs, Rodney Hubbard (Regina) of Southaven, Ralphelle Hubbard (Brenda) of Olive Branch; sisters, Juanita Johnson of Walls, Paula Byers of Potts Camp; brothers, Tracy Hubbard of Potts Camp, Gregory Hubbard of Memphis, Tenn.; nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Elmo Hubbard, Sallie Ann Hubbard and Virlena Neely.
