Robert "Bobby" Preston McAlexander

Robert "Bobby" Preston McAlexander, 73, of Holly Springs, died November 12, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center. He was a member of Holly Springs First Methodist Church, the founding member of the Marshall County Field Trial Club, was a farmer and field trial judge.

Services were held at 3 p.m. on Nov. 14, at First Methodist Church in Holly Springs. Bro. Adam Hawks and Bro. Doyle Mitchell officiated. Burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery. Ripley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his sons, Joey McAlexander (Elise) of Holly Springs, Preston McAlexander (Meredith) of Hernando, Jeff McAlexander (Kassie) of Holly Springs; sisters, Dianne Dickerson, Brenda Shaw; brothers, Larry McAlexander, Doug McAlexander; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Martha Hurdle McAlexander.
