Martain Vanzant Jr., 95, of Holly Springs, died October 14, 2024, at Methodist Hospital in Germantown, Tenn. He was a US Army veteran and a rural mail carrier.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. on Oct. 21 at Hill Crest Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves two sons, Raymon Allan Vanzant of Cordova, Tenn., Frerd Martain Vanzant (Caty) of Middleboro, Ma.; daughter, Dr. Rebecca Vanzant of Germantown; and sister, Quay Wester of Memphis, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ruth Collins Vanzant
