PC Volleyball team makes history

The Potts Camp volleyball team finished their season with a 24-4 record. They made it to the third round of playoffs for the first time in school history.

Four players set school records for single season categories – Carson Bennett (460 kills, Zoe Clark (90 aces)/(719 assists), Kaylee Howell (157 digs) and Myleigh Melton (19 blocks).

Potts Camp’s Zoe Clark was voted the Daily Journal Female Athlete of the Week. Clark had 87 assists, 10 digs and 13 service aces over two matches. She earned 55.2% of the votes in the Twitter poll.

In Region 3-1A Carson Bennett, Zoe Clark, and Charlie Holmes were named First Team All Division; Alyssa Clifton and Lexi Shaw, were named Second Team All-Division; Carson Bennett, was named Most Valuable Player. Julianna Garner is the head volleyball coach.
