Betty J. Moore Jordan

Betty J. Moore Jordan, 81, of Olive Branch, died August 4, 2024, at her home. She was a member and first lady at Jordan Temple Full Gospel Church where she also served on the mother board and missionary society. She was retired from Shirlo Inc. in Memphis, Tenn.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Aug. 9 from 3-6 p.m. and on Aug. 10 at Hudsonville CME Church Family Life Center from 10-10:55 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Rev. Billy Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Jordan Temple Chuch Cemetery on McAlexander Road.

She leaves her husband, Bishop Earnest Jordan Jr.; daughters, Tonya Gulledge, Patasha Jordan, both of Olive Branch; sons, Timothy Jordan of Las Vegas, Nev., Tavarese Jordan of Memphis; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters.
