Florence Ella Russell

Florence Ella Russell, 74, of Los Angeles, Calif., formerly of Holly Springs, died May 14, 2024, at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Los Angeles. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, retired from AT&T and taught music and voice at Rust College.
A memorial service will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on June 22 at 1 p.m. Eulogist will be Alma Williams.
She leaves her sister, Maggie Jewel O'Neal of Cincinnati, Ohio, Faye Murphy of New York, Alma Williams (Jessie) of Starkville; brother, Ansel Otis Russell (Linda) of Holly Springs.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Gertrude R. Kelly; brothers, Thomas Russell Jr. and Rosalind Russell.
