Edna Earle Pool Brown

Edna Earle Pool Brown, 90, of Byhalia, formerly of Memphis, Tenn., died May 30, 2024, at Great Oaks Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Byhalia. She was a member of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith in Memphis and a retired seamstress.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on June 6 from 1-5:30 p.m. and on June 7 at Yarbrough Chapel CME Church from 10-10:55 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Rev. Tony Wilkins will officiate. Burial will be in New Park Cemetery in Memphis on Horn Lake.

She leaves her sisters, Erma Jean Porter of Memphis, Shirley Marie Gardner of Atlanta, Ga.; brothers, Robert Pool of Byhalia, Gwendolyn Pool of Holly Springs, and Charles Lenwood Pool of Chicago, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter F. Brown; siblings, Willie Lee Pool, Sammie Pool, Odell Pool, Estell Pool, Wilson Pool, Winston Pool and Ray Wilson.
