Joseph Ely "Butch" Alford Jr., 77, of Victoria, died March 23, 2024, at his home. He was a United States Army veteran, a Vietnam veteran and retired from UPS.
Visitation will be held at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel on March 27 from 5-8 p.m. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on March 28. Burial will be in Byhalia Cemetery with full miltitary honors.
He leaves his wife of 53 years, Margaret "Cookie" Alford; daughter, Ginger Warren (George Riley); sons, Joseph Ely Alford III (Michelle), JT Alford, Mark Alford (Tracy); sister, Suzanne Alford Walker; and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Courtney Alford.
