Dornell Holloway

Dornell Holloway, 73, of Holly Springs, died December 3, 2023, at his home. He was a former member of Strawberry MB Church and farmer at Hurdle Farms.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Dec. 7 from 1-5:30 p.m. and on Dec. 8 at New Dimension Salt and Light Ministries from 12-12:55 p.m. with services at 1 p.m. Rev. J.W. Smith Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery.

He leaves his wife, Evelyn Evon Holloway; daughter, Doleana Holloway of Holly Springs; sons, Daryl Holloway, DeWayne Holloway, both of Holly Springs; sister, Mary Ella Lawrence of Holly Springs; brothers, Oscar Holloway of Holly Springs, Rickey Holloway of Olive Branch; nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Mary Lee Lawrence, Nettie Wiseman, Magnolia Malone, Nannie Jones, George Holloway and Lewis Holloway.
