Frankie Lee Isom

Frankie Lee Isom, 76, of Holly Springs, formerly of Chicago, Ill., died October 13, 2023, at his home. He was a member of Redeemed Fellowship Church of God in Christ where he served as a church deacon. He was a retired carpenter.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Oct. 27 from 12-6 p.m. and on Oct. 28 at Isom Chapel CME Church from 10-10:55 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Supt. Will Merriweather will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

He leaves his wife, Jeanette Jones Isom; daughters, Laguita Adams, Angelita "Muffin" Gates, Jeanine Isom, all of Chicago, Raquel Isom of Memphis, Tenn., Keelunda Isom of Chicago; sons, Frankie Derelle Isom, Sean Ellis Isom, Reggie Isom, Maurice Isom, Allandis Isom, Courtney Isom, all of Chicago; sisters, Levetha Hines, Mamie Helen Reed, both of Chicago; brothers, Kelly Isom of Holly Springs, Andrew Lee Jones of Memphis, Tenn.; several grand, great and great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by siblings, Ellas Isom, Hattie Isom, Verlia Brown and Lorice Farmer.
