George M. Moore Jr., 79, died July 30, 2023. He retired from the VA Medical system after 30 years of service and served two tours in Vietnam. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Services were held at 643 Bishop Road in Holly Springs on August 5 at 11 a.m. with graveside services at Red Banks Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife, Luann Moore; son, Dalen of Sioux Falls, SD; brother, Tom Moore of Bartlett, Tenn.; and two grandchildren.
