Mia Lametrice Tunstall

Mia Lametrice Tunstall, 58, of Byhalia, died July 28, 2023, at her home. She was a member of World Overcomers Church in Memphis, Tenn. and worked at FedEx World Hub.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on August 4 from 1-3 p.m. and at World Overcomers Church, 6655 Winchester Road from 5-7 p.m. and on August 5 at Free Branch MB Church from 10-10:55 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Rev. LaVarney Mitchell will officiate. Burial will be in Free Branch Church Cemetery.

She leaves her daughters, Shahira Edwards of Byhalia, Kira Griffin (Iznatius) of Jonesboro, Ark.; mother, Arlene Evans Tunstall of Byhalia; sister, Lolita Gregory of Oxford; brother, Terence Tunstall of Memphis, Tenn.; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Joe Louis Tunstall.
