William Fred Rapp, 88, of Waterford, died May 20, 2023, at his home. He was in construction.
Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He leaves three daughters, Elaine Sparks (Don) of Eads, Tenn., Rebecca Gomez (Tino) of Byhalia, Laura Collier (Bobby) of Waterford; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nell Rapp; and grandchildren, Justin and Jason Miller.
