Mae Eunice Howell

Mae Eunice Howell, 75, died December 31, 2022, at Diversicare in Southaven. She was a member of Bell Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Chulahoma where she sang in the choir. She worked at the Care Inn, ICS Whitaker Head Start in Byhalia.

Services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 7, 2023, at Bell Grove MB Church with burial in the church cemetery. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves two daughters, Della Smith (John) of Milwaukee, Wisc., Tommerria Ross (Ronnie) of Southaven; one son, Darryl Shead of Horn Lake; one sister, Jennifer Shead of Holly Springs: two brothers, Sherry Lee Shead (Pam) of Milwaukee, Alexander Shead (Beverly) of Senatobia; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Howell; two brothers, Henry Lee Shead, Matthew Shead; and a sister, Lametrice Moss.
