Larry C. Seldon

Larry C. Seldon, 81, of Slayden, died December 13, 2022, at Methodist Healthcare in Olive Branch. He was a member of Royal Chapel CME Church where he served on the steward and trustee boards. He retired from the city of Collierville, Tenn.

Services were held at 12 noon at Royal Chapel CME Church on Dec. 17. Burial was in the church cemetery. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Irene Seldon; daughters, Sherrell Reed, Monica Euell-Seldon; son, Nicholas Euell (Marquita); sisters, Arlisha Hood, Ardia Seldon, Flora Gant, Vera Watkins; one brother, Isaac Seldon; eight grandchildren, several great- and great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Lee Earl Seldon, John H. Seldon Jr., Dave Seldon, Joe Eddie; and sisters, Ruby J. Benton and Armelia Rubbin.
