Franklin C. Turnage Jr.

Franklin C. Turnage Jr., 75, of Potts Camp, formerly of Aurora, Ill., died July 14, 2022, at Ashland Health and Rehabilitation. He was a member of Reids Gift MB Church. He was a self-employed automobile mechanic.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on July 28 frim 3-5:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on July 29 at Reids Gift MB Church Cemetery, Potts Camp, Rev. Jerry Williams will officiate.

He leaves a son, Christopher Turnage of Aurora; daughter, Kanishia Turnage of Aurora; sister, Juanita Dillard (James) of Potts Camp; stepsons, James Foreman, Larry Foreman, Michael Greer; all of New Albany; stepsisters, Nolia Brooks of Rochester, NY, Susie Shipley (Maurice) of Lewis Center, Ohio; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janie Mae Foreman Turnage; stepson, Jimmy Wayne Foreman; sister, Dinda Dianne Rucker; brothers, C.W. Turnage and James Earl Turnage.
