Lovie Lorine Raimey

Lovie Lorine Raimey, 29, of Lamar, died May 12, 2022, at her home. She was a member of Kimbrough Chapel MB Church where she sang in the choir. She was a former aide at Christopher’s Personal Care Home.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on May 19 from 3-6 p.m. And at Kimbrough Chapel MB Church in Lamar on May 20 from 10-10:55 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Rev. J.W. Smith Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

She leaves a son, Jeremiah LaBrien Raimey of Lamar; mother, Idella Raimey of Lamar; father, Willie B. Mason Jr. and stepmother, Shelley J. Mason, both of Holly Springs; sister, Whitney Mason of Aurora, Ill.; brothers, Dereck Raimey of Olive Branch, Jonathan Hoey of Atlanta, Ga., Holland “Jay” Mason, William Benjamin Mason III, both of Oklahoma City, Okla., Nicholas Mason of Holly Springs; grandmother, Verlean Dowdy of Holly Springs; stepgrandmother, Yvonne Mason of Memphis, Tenn.; and greatgrandmother, Rosie Lee Thomas of Holly Springs.
