Silvester "Duck" Stevenson

Silvester "Duck" Stevenson, 68, of Coldwater, died October 21, 2021, in Southaven. He was a landscaper.

Graveside services were held at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 30 at Mt. Newal C.O.G.I.C. Cemetery in Coldwater. Rodgers Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Wanda Stevenson; daughters, Tanika Stevenson of Memphis, Tenn., Shawanda Stevenson of Independence; son, Deshawn Mitchell of Independence; mother, Mary Ella Stevenson of Byhalia; sisters, Reddie B. Stevenson, Johnnie Murrell, Blanche Cleveland, Beatrice Stevenson, all of Memphis, Olivia Jones of Byhalia; brothers, Horace Brown, Steve Stevenson, both of Memphis, Lawrence Stevenson of Senatobia, Walter Stevenson of Olive Branch; and six grandchildren.
