Kittie Rae Charles Smith

Kittie Rae Charles Smith, 24, of Holly Springs, died October 4, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. She was a member of Bell Grove MB Church in Chulahoma. She graduated from Holly Springs High School and received her Culinary Arts Certificate from MS Job Corp in Batesville.

Graveside services were held 12 p.m. on Oct. 16 at Bell Grove MB Church Cemetery. Rev. Terrance Pittman Sr. officiated. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves her mother, Sharon Smith Quinn of Holly Springs; father, Willie Quinn of Tylertown; grandmothers, Rosetta Short of Tylertown, Hazel Byers of Calif.; and grandfather, Charles Byers of Holly Springs.

She was preceded in death by a grandmother, Arderlia SmithRoberts; grandfather, Charlie Quinn; great-grandmothers, Lillie Ree Jeffries, Josephine Byers; and great-great-grandmother, Kittie Lee James.
