Wanda Lee Whitehead, 83, of Oakland, Tenn., formerly of Slayden, died August 21, 2021. She was the owner of M and W Church Goods and a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Aug. 26 at 10:30 a.m. with services at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
She leaves her daughters, Robin Whitehead Stevens, Maris "Mimi" Knauss; sons, William J. "Bill" Whitehead (Kellie), Mark Whitehead (Paul); brother, Tom Coleman (Dana); sister, Vickie Pratt (Jim); and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Jerry Whitehead, M.D.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association or New Beginnings Animal Rescue.
