Ina Fay Samples, 87, of Ashland, died July 28, 2021, at New Albany Health and Rehab. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and owner and operator of Samples Gas Station.
Services were held at 1 p.m. on Aug. 2 at Pleasant Hill Baptist church. Bro. Steve Cohea officiated. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves a son, Randy Samples (Sonya) of Ashland; daughter, Cathy Carter of Ashland; sister, Elzine Holbrook of Ashland; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dube Samples.
