Jennie Lee Allen Crawford

Jennie Lee Allen Crawford, 88, of Michigan City, died Feb. 2, 2021, at Parkway Health and Rehab in Memphis, Tenn. She was a member of Samuel Chapel MB Church in Ashland, and a homemaker.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 6 at Samuel Chapel MB Church Cemetery. Rev. Rickey Ball officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves a daughter, Latosha Crawford of Douglasville, Ga.; three sons, Kenneth Crawford Jr., Leon Crawford, both of Lamar, Michael Crawford of Michigan City; 19 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceeded in death by her husband, Kenneth Crawford; three sons, Dennis Crawford, James Ivy Crawford, Edward Crawford; four brothers, Carnegie Allen Jr., Calvin Allen, Levi Allen, Landon Allen; three sisters, Lucy Mae Henderson, Irma Jean Beard, Georgette Patrick-Anthony.
