PV2 Kevin Antwaan Strickland Jr., 22, of Ashland, died July 22, 2020, in Red Banks. He was a member of Greenwood MB Church in Lamar, a member of the Mississippi National Guard, and an assembly line worker at Parker Racor.
Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Aug. 14 from 4-6 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Aug. 15 at Greenwood MB Church Cemetery. Rev. Dr. Patrick Washington will officiate.
He leaves his mother, Trina Reaves Hall of Ashland; father, Kevin A. Strickland Sr. of Ashland; two sisters, Kayla Strickland and Kamiya Saulsberry, both of Ashland; grandmother, Rosie Payne of Ashland; grandfathers, Frank Reaves of Memphis, Tenn., and Harvey Strickland of Ashland.
