Lillian Allen Stewart

Lillian Allen Stewart, 94, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Holly Springs, died April 29, 2020, at her daughter's home. She was a member of New Sardis Baptist Church in Memphis, where she served on the Mother board. She was a retired supervisor for Holiday Inn in Memphis.

A visitation will be held at MJ Edwards Funeral Home, 1165 Airways Blvd., Memphis, on May 7 from 2:30-4 p.m. A private graveside service will be held on May 8 at New Sardis Baptist Church on Holmes Road. Pastor Darrell Harrington will officiate.

She leaves two daughters, Betty Frazier (Charlie) and Rowena Featherstone of Memphis; one son, Thomas Lee Allen (Thelma) of Memphis; a sister, Loretha Young of Memphis; and seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by two children, Evelyn A. Robinson and Orenzo "Soul" Allen.
