Franchelle "Fran" Parks Hilliard

Franchelle "Fran" Parks Hilliard, 95, died April 4, 2020, at Holly Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare. The widow of James "Jimmy" Hilliard, she was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. She was a court reporter and served as assistant to several attorneys and Memphis Mayor William B. Ingram. She worked at Troxel Manufacturing and as a bank teller at First State Bank in Mt. Pleasant.

Funeral services were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Somerville, Tenn.

She leaves twin daughters, Rebecca Hilliard Hutchins (Scott) and Sandra Hilliard; and one granddaughter.
