Carrie Mae Moore Pryor
Carrie Mae Moore Pryor, 80, of Holly Springs, died Feb. 9, 2020, in Waterford. The widow of Percy Pryor, she was a member of Mt. Peel MB Church where she served on the church's mother board. She was a retired line inspector at Emmerson Inc. in Oxford.
Visitation will be held on Feb. 17 at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home from 1-7 p.m. and with the family from 6-7 p.m.; and Feb. 18 at Mt. Peel MB Church from 11-11:55 a.m. Services will be held at 12 noon. Rev. Rondias Cox will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
She leaves four daughters, Dorothy Hall, Mary Ann Courtney, both of Holly Springs, Corrine Gullette and Robbie Neal, both of Memphis, Tenn.; four sons, Robert Reynolds Jr. of Holly Springs, Larry D. Reynolds of Lithonia, Ga., Joe C. Reynolds and Jerry C. Reynolds, both of Naperville, Ill.; four step-daughters, Ora Mitchell of Waterford, Rosie Clayborn of Abilene, Texas, Anna Mitchell of Holly Springs, Sally Thompson of Oxford; one stepson, Thomas Mitchell of Waterford; two sisters, Bernice Howell of Holly Springs, Delcine Ball of Chicago, Ill.; three brothers, Hubert "Peter" Dean, Willie L. Moore, Charles Moore, all of Holly Springs; 23 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
