Virginia Shaw, 76, of Ashland, died Oct. 14, 2019, at Baptist Hospital in New Albany. The widow of Thurman (Doc) Shaw, she was a member of the Church of Christ and a factory worker.
Services were held at 11 a.m. on Oct. 18 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery.
She leaves a daughter, Becky Holbrook of Ashland; one grandchild, Jackie Creasie (Tonya) and one great-grandchild, Audrie Faye Creasie.
She was preceded in death by a grandchild, Jeremy Holbrook; and two great-grandchildren, Jeremy Lane Creasie and Charlie Jack Smith Creasie.
