John E. "Jack" Bolden Sr.

John E. "Jack" Bolden Sr., 90, of Holly Springs, died May 24, 2019. The widower of Effie Mae Byrd Bolden, he was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and a mechanic.
Services were held at 11 a.m. on May 28 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery.
He leaves three sons, John E. Bolden Jr. (Edna) and Ronald Bolden (Penny), both of Holly Springs, Chris Bolden (Lisa) of Byhalia; one daughter, Wanda Sue Stewart (Jessie) of Cullman, Ala.; one brother, Monroe Bolden of Red Banks; three sisters, Dorothy Rose, Annie Allen, and Emma Howell, all of Potts Camp; 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
