The Marshall County Board of Supervisors ordered a lot clean-up at Lake Drive subdivision, at a price tag of $18,500, after working with the lot owner’s son since October.
There are about 50 cars and then boats and campers counted as about 65 or 70 items stored on the lot, said zoning director Ken Jones. Some of the cars are in running order, according to the owner of the vehicles, Jones said. His mother owns the lot, Jones said.
An adjacent lot, now owned by a bank, was ordered to be cleaned up at a bid of $5,800.
The property on both of the lots is alleged to be owned by Cody Spencer.
