City felony cases conclude with sentencing in court
The following Holly Springs Police Department felony cases were concluded during the last term of Marshall County Circuit Court, held February 12-March 2.
Police chief Dwight Harris and chief detective Eddie Thompson released the following report.
Marquice Bogard, 21, of Karen Cove, Holly Springs, was sentenced to seven years (seven suspended, supervised probation five) for the October 2016 burglary of a residence on Gholson Avenue.
Marquis Payne, 29, of Hudsonville Road, Holly Springs, was sentenced to seven years (one suspended, supervised probation one) as a habitual offender for the April 2017 burglaries of several 18-wheeler trailers on Martin Luther King Drive.
