County’s WIN Job Center celebrates grand opening

A grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony was held recently for the Marshall County WIN Job Center, located behind town hall in Byhalia.

Classes for English as a Second Language and High School Diploma assessment, plus assistance with online job searches, are among the many services at the center.

Mayor Phil Malone welcomed guests which included officials with local governments and with Northwest Mississippi Community College.

“Things are picking up and we are getting more customers coming across the state line,” Malone said.
