New smoke detectors available to public

The Holly Springs Fire Department has received 500 smoke detectors from Red Cross in Tupelo.
The detectors will be installed in homes Tuesday, March 13, and Saturday, March 17 and 24.
The detectors are free to the public. To ask for a detector, call the Holly Springs Fire Department at 252-3938.
Recipients must be at home when the detector is installed. A phone number and address must be provided to the fire department in order to get on the list to receive a free detector.
