Sheriff’s department makes arrests; one for sexual battery and another for assault

A Marshall County man was recently served an arrest warrant on a sexual battery charge, according to sheriff Kenny Dickerson.

Tristan LaDarryl Kizer, 29, of the Winnie Road area, was arrested in January and charged with sexual battery of a child, Dickerson said.

Kizer’s bond was set at $250,000 and he remained in custody in the Marshall County Jail on Monday of this week, the sheriff said.
