Fannie Lee Moore Norman

Fannie Lee Moore Norman, 84, of Red Banks, died Dec. 26, 2017, at her home. The widow of Clinton Lee Norman Sr., she was a member of Mt. Newell MB Church where she served on the Mother’s Board, as president of the Usher Board, and as the lead singer in the church choir. She was a housewife and homemaker.

Visitation will be held 2-6 p.m. on Jan. 5 at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home; and 9:30-10:25 a.m. with services at 10:30 at Mt. Newell MB Church, Red Banks. Rev. C.L. Norman will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Newell Memorial Garden.

She leaves three daughters, Lorene Jeffries, Brenda Moore and Shirley Jones, all of Red Banks; five sons, John Sullivan of Memphis, Tenn., Rev. C.L. Norman of Bolingbrook Ill., George Norman of Greensboro, N.C., Rev. Ben Norman of Holly Springs, and Rev. Thurman Norman of Nashville, Tenn.; 30 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Fannie Jean Moore; and a son, Lonnie Sullivan.
