Marshall County Habitat for Humanity has completed its eighth house since its inception in the county about 20 years ago.
Russell Johnson, chairman of the board of directors, said the new home owner recently occupied the house. It is located on Highway 311. Dedication of the house was held November 4.
The project provides affordable housing for clients who qualify. The individual has to have the ability to pay off a low-interest loan and also put ‘sweat equity’ into the project.
