The staff at The South Reporter thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate and cream cheese king cake sent by subscribers Jill and Sam LaBonia. It came from Paul’s Pastry Shop in Picayune. Editor Barry Burleson had the baby in his piece of cake, so next Christmas he will be responsible for getting the staff’s king cake.
