Truckload of food and toys coming
A-One Staffing will be bringing an 18-wheeler load of food and toys for Marshall County residents who may not have enough for Christmas.
Sherlyn Howell, who helps coordinate the annual giving on the second Saturday in December each year, said volunteers will do all the work.
Families must bring their child with them in order to receive food and toys.
Sheriff Kenny Dickerson has offered the parking lot at the sheriff’s department for use in the distribution of the goods.
The Gifts of Love (non-profit group) will be at the sheriff’s department at 819 West Street, Holly Springs, from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 9, or until all food and toys have been distributed.
