Caswell encourages Club to make an impact in community

Charlie Caswell brought his message to Holly Springs recently as the Rotary Club organizes its efforts to reduce juvenile delinquency.
“Collaboration is powerful,” said Caswell, pastor of Union Grove Baptist Church in Memphis, Tenn.
His “Seven Ps” program in the Frayser area of Memphis is making a huge difference. The Ps bring parents, pastors, police, principals, proprietors, politicians and partners together in mentoring troubled youth.
