Corneilus Antwon “Scooter” Tenor

Corneilus Antwon “Scooter” Tenor, 21, of Memphis, Tenn., died Oct. 13, 2017, at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis. He was a member of Eason Grove MB Church in Byhalia, where he played the drums. He was an order picker at PFW Webb.

Services were held at 3 p.m. on Oct. 21 at Pleasant Grove MB Church in Red Banks. Burial was in the church cemetery. Rev. Charles Jones officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves a daughter, Kendall Rae Lee of Memphis; his mother, Sylvia Tenor Morgan of Memphis; a sister, Tahneeshia Beard of Memphis; two brothers, Corey Tenor of Memphis, Bryan Tenor of Ft. Myers, Fla.; his grandmothers, Claudette Jones of Memphis, Velma Moffitt-Jones of Byhalia; and his grandfather, Eddie Tenor of Chicago, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his father, Derek Neil Beard.
