James “Jeff” Jeffries, 78, of Senatobia, formerly of Holly Springs, died Oct. 14, 2017, at his home. He was retired from the Steel Gang, Burlington Northern Railroad Co.
Visitation will be held from 2-6 p.m. on Oct. 20 at the funeral home, and at the church on Oct. 21 from 10-10:55 a.m.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Oct. 21 at Wilkins Chapel CME Church in Waterford, where he was a member, with burial in the church cemetery. J.F. Brittenun and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangments.
He leaves a son, Rickey Jeffries of Senatobia; a brother, Rudolph Stevenson of Chulahoma; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
