Brian Todd Maness and Elizabeth Ann Colhoun

Elizabeth Colhoun to wed Brian Maness October 21 at Strawberry Plains Audubon

Mr. and Mrs. Garrie C. Colhoun of Holly Springs announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Elizabeth Ann Colhoun, to Brian Todd Maness, son of Judith (Norman) Olson of Bethel Springs, Tenn., and Roger (Sophie) Maness of Nashville, Tenn.

Miss Colhoun is the granddaughter of Margaret Hart of the Lake Center community and the late Jimmie Hart, and the late Rose Ann Parker of Holly Springs. She is the sister of Rebecca Lee Colhoun of Holly Springs.

Mr. Maness is the grandson of the late James and Vivian Maness of Selmer, Tenn., and the late Lloyd and Rose Ray of Bethel Springs.

Elizabeth graduated from Marshall Academy in Holly Springs and attended Mississippi State University in Starkville. Elizabeth is an executive assistant at IAC Supply Solutions and a volunteer with both Make-A-Wish and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Brian graduated from Harding Academy in Memphis, Tenn., and attended Lambuth University in Jackson, Tenn., where he played soccer. Brian is a stained glass artist and owner of Midtown Glassworks as well as the director of recreation and young adult ministries at Colonial Park Methodist Church in Memphis.  

The couple met on a blind date in 2012 and adore their loving pets Mack and Rosie.

The ceremony and reception will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at The Davis House at Strawberry Plains Audubon Center in Holly Springs, at four o’clock in the afternoon. The couple will honeymoon in New York City and return home to Memphis.
