Jessie Falkner, 77, of Chicago, Ill., formerly of Laws Hill, died June 26, 2017. He was employed with Grossinger Auto in Lincolnwood, Ill.
Services were held on July 7 at Sunny Mt. Zion MB Church in Chicago. Rev. M. Fowler officiated.
He leaves his wife, Sarah Falkner; children Jessica, Jessie (Vanessa), Michael Howell, Jerdine, Charles, Anthony, Ora; siblings: Earnest Falkner, Lester Falkner, both of Chicago, Christine Morning, Mary Reynolds, Roy Howell, all of Mississippi and 36 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jarvis, a brother, Henry Falkner and a sister Maggie Pearl Buford.
