Mahnya Renee Allen

Mahnya Renee Allen, 8, of Ashland, died June 26, 2017, at her home. She was a student at H.W. Byers School.

Services were held at 1 p.m. on June 30, at New Bethel Church in Moscow, Tenn. Burial was in Clear Creek MB Church Cemetery in Lamar. Pastor Garret Beasley officiated. J.A. Lofties Funeral Home of Somerville, Tenn., was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves her mother, Tracy Allen of Lamar; her father,  with whom she lived, Ellery Jackson of Moscow, Tenn.; five brothers, Jayden Allen, Ellery Jackson Jr., Elmarion Jackson, Levi Copeland, Jamarrion Marshall; five sisters, Alexis Jackson, Elkyra Harris, Jakera Harris, Taliyah Jackson, Q’Nyjah Pryor; and her grandparents, Oscar Lee Jackson, Sharon Hood, Patsy Creasie, Kevin and Elizabeth Williams.

She was preceded in death by a grandmother, Elizabeth Jackson, and a grandfather, Billy Allen.
