Dakota Gregory Edwards and Jeanie Anne Gadd

Gadd and Edwards to wed June 9 at Strawberry Plains

Jack and Merri Gadd of Hickory Flat are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jeanie Anne Gadd, to Dakota Gregory Edwards, son of Greg and Carol Edwards of Blue Springs.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late T.M. and Annie Ruth Stone of Potts Camp and the late Charles Wynn and Jeanine Gadd of Hickory Flat.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mary Kennedy and the late Floyd Kennedy, and the late Doyce and Bobbie Edwards, all of Nettleton.  

Miss Gadd is a 2015 graduate of Hickory Flat Attendance Center and a 2017 graduate of Northwest Mississippi Community College. She will pursue a degree in social work at the University of Mississippi this fall. She is currently employed at Win Job Center in Oxford.

Mr. Edwards is a 2014 graduate of East Union Attendance Center. He attended Itawamba Community College. He is currently employed at Auto Zone in New Albany.

The couple will exchange vows Friday, June 9, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. at Strawberry Plains, 285 Plains Road, in Holly Springs. A reception will follow.

No local invitations are being sent. All friends and family are invited.
