Birthday wishes to Laura Wheeler

Laura Wheeler celebrated her birthday Saturday night with a beautiful dinner prepared by her momma, Kay Wheeler, who also hosted the dinner. Caitlyn Brooks and Trace Bray, Alexa Gurley, Becky Cupp, Drayton Potts and Mary Clay and Gene Brooks and son, Grady, all had a lovely time enjoying Laura’s birthday dinner with her.

Patrick and Mary Glen Carlton and children, Mary Grace and William, of Birmingham, Ala., were the Easter guests of Vicki and Walter Webb.

A big Happy 18th Birthday wish goes to Hailey McMinn. She celebrated last week with a wonderful meal at Outback Steakhouse. Here’s to many more for this up and coming young lady!

This weekend, we welcome people from near and far to our town for the Holly Springs Pilgrimage. Beautiful homes are open for tourists, as well as a lot of exciting events. This year’s queen, Taylor Blaker, is being escorted by Wil Summerlin. They will kick off the festivities Friday with the ribbon cutting at Montrose. Be sure to get out and meander around town. You just may run into some familiar faces and, if you are lucky, meet some new ones!
