The Holly Springs Board of Aldermen has approved a tribute to those who have died who attended Holly Springs High School.
The request for a memorial walk, which founder Lakisha Mason proposed, is to “honor those who soar above, to honor classmates who have died.”
It will begin and end at the high school campus, and it is open to the community. The date is May 6.
“We will make it a communitywide thing,” Mason said. “If you have a family member who is a part of Holly Springs High School (you are welcome to participate).”
