Lucas Shepard Chalk was born to Tim Chalk and Merideth Collins, Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016, at Baptist Hospital in Oxford. He weighed seven pounds, 10 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Shepard’s maternal grandparents are Dana Jones of Laws Hill and Jason Collins of Bruce.
Paternal grandparents are Sarah Duggan of Memphis, Tenn., and Keith Chalk of Southaven.
Great-grandparents are Linda Jones of Laws Hill and Joy Cook Chalk of Southaven.
