Tagert says I-269 ahead of schedule

Three elected officials were guest speakers at the quarterly luncheon of the Byhalia Area Chamber of Commerce, presenting up - dates on highways and legislative activities. Mike Tagert, state commissioner of transportation for the Northern District, was the lead speaker, followed by senators Bill Kinkade and Kevin Blackwell. Sen. Bill Stone and representatives Steve Massengill and John Faulkner were unable to attend.
