Work on Hwy. 72 taking shape

Completion of the last four miles of four-laning Highway 72 in Marshall County is expected in the summer of 2018, according to MDOT engineer Mitch Turner, with the Batesville office.
The project is being built by Dement Construction Co. of Jackson, Tenn. Turner said the project has 334 working days and 119 working days have already been used.
“This would put the completion somewhere around the summer of 2018,” Turner said.
